Tasting notes

This wine has a vivacious intensity on the nose and lively fresh palate: juicy peppered strawberry, ripe plum, and fresh violet, overlaid with notes of bay laurel, juniper and lavender. We love to drink this wine slightly chilled and pair it with smoked meats, charcuterie or hot smoked salmon.
